City Designer 3 Upgrades
Upgrades are available to anyone who owns CD2 or CD Pro. For those who aren't entitled to free upgrades, it is cheaper to order before Monday, September 25th 2008.
To find out about upgrades, choose an option which describes your situation. If you aren't sure when you ordered, and you ordered from us, you can find out here.
Choose your option below:
- You ordered on or after June 6th 2007 - a free upgrade.
- You ordered before June 6th 2007 - a reduced-price upgrade.
Ordered after June 6th 2007
Anyone who ordered CD Pro from June 6th 2007 to date will get a free downloadable upgrade.
If you ordered from ProFantasy:
Just click on your order link to get the CD3 download. You can order the physical version from the registered users' page for the price of shipping. If you pre-ordered a physical version, we've sent you a voucher for this. If you get the physical product, you'll get the download now, and the DVD when we've burnt it.
If you haven't received the voucher, you or your domain are probably blocking nigel@profantasy.com emails. Unblock this email address, and contact Nigel to request another email. Aol.com and earthlink are particular problems.
If you ordered from rpgnow.com or drivethrurpg.com
We've sent you an email with a voucher for a free upgrade to the CD3 download. If you haven't received the voucher, you or your domain are probably blocking nigel@dl2.profantasy.com emails. If you are a retail customer
Email proof of purchase and store contact details, and we'll send you a voucher for the downloadable upgrade. You can pay shipping to get the physical version.
You ordered before June 6th 2007
The upgrade is available as a download only or physical option. If you get the physical product, you'll get the download first, and the DVD when we've burnt it. To order it go to your registration page, register your CD2 or CD Pro and follow the link on the right.
Note: CD3 requires CC3. First register your CC2/CC2 Pro and CD2/CD Pro. Then, click Get Upgrades to order the CC3 and CD3 upgrades.
