Right-click Scale to access Scale XY.

Scaling factors > 1 will make entities larger. Scaling factors < 1 will make entities smaller. The prompt reads "Scale Y by [n]:". Select or enter a value as you did for Scale X.
The prompt reads "Scale center [x,y]:". The scale center is the point around which CC3 should scale the entities. To define the scale center:
· Right-click or press ENTER to accept the default or prior center;
· Use the cursor to visually select a center point (may be combined with modifiers), or;
· Type numeric coordinates and press ENTER.
CC3 redraws the entities at the new X and Y scales. The scale center remains fixed.
