The Add Tab command allows you to draw a glue tab entity, either based on free-form clicking, or by selecting an entity edge upon which to attach the tab.
To use the Add Tab command:
1. Select the Add Tab icon .
2. Either click in free space within the drawing, or select the edge of another entity.
3. If drawing a tab in free space, click again to place the other end of the tab.
4. To increase the number of tabs to be drawn, press the "+" key on your keyboard’s numeric keypad. To decrease the number of tabs to be drawn, press the "-" key on the numeric keypad.
5. To draw the tab at the default tab width (set via the Dioramas Options dialog), press ENTER.
6. To draw the tab at another, specific width, type the value of the required width and press Enter.
7. To determine the tab width by freehand digitizing, move the mouse so that the preview outline depicts the desired tab, and click.
